Novari Health is a growing software development company that provides innovative solutions to improve access to care for patients across the country.  Based in Kingston, Ontario, we specialize in information engineering, system integrations, and cutting-edge software development that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

 

We are currently seeking a tier one Technical Support person to join a team of smart, creative, and dynamic individuals, sharing in our mission to improve patient access to care and contributing a positive impact on our health care system and patients.

Description of Position

As a tier one, technical support person you will work in a team environment supporting Novari Health clients and working with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and Quality Assurance personnel.

 

The technical support understands the importance of customer service and is able to resolve a variety of technical and administrative issues. The successful applicant has the ability to multitask and adapts easily to change.

Duties

Support person will:

  • Learn and be fluent in Novari Health products and processes.
  • Answer calls from clients on Novari Health product line and respond to email/ticket inquiries.
  • Resolve issues in a pleasant, professional manner, ensuring calm and controlled response.
  • Follow-up customers inquiries, document issues and resolution, continue to build knowledge base on resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Manage issue tracking and updates.
  • Attend scrums when able to contribute to production teams.
  • Continuously learn and improve, providing feedback on continuous improvement on products and processes.

Education

  • Completion of a college or university program in computer science, computer programming, or commensurate work experience.
  • Continuing professional development to stay current with industry standards
  • Microsoft certification would be considered an asset

 

 

Job Type: Salaried full-time, (minimum 40 hours/week).

Location:  Kingston, ON
